These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, access, and use of products and services provided by Žiga Berce s.p., a sole proprietorship registered in Slovenia. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our products or services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement:

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Žiga Berce s.p.

  • “You”, “customer”, “student”, “user” refers to any person or entity purchasing or using our products or services.

  • “Products” include:

    • Online courses

    • The Course Formula

    • Done-For-You Experience

    • Coaching or consulting services

    • Digital downloads, templates, tools, and resources

    • Any bonuses or companion materials

  • “Platform” includes any website, learning portal, or system used to deliver the products.

2. Eligibility

By using our products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • Information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are final at checkout.

3.3 Taxes

For customers outside the EU, VAT does not apply to digital services provided by Slovenian entities.
You are responsible for any local taxes or duties required by your jurisdiction.

3.4 Payment Processing

Your payment information is handled by the payment processor of your choice (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal).
We do not store or process your payment card details directly.

4. Access and Delivery

  • Digital products, tools, or course materials are delivered electronically.

  • Access credentials will be provided via email.

  • Coaching services require scheduling and will be delivered through online communication channels.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or access restrictions on your device.

5. License and Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All course materials, videos, templates, frameworks, text, branding, and resources are the intellectual property of Žiga Berce s.p.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5.2 Granted License

Upon purchase, you receive:

  • A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license

  • Personal-use-only rights

  • Lifetime access to the online course and future updates, unless revoked for violations

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sell, rent, or sublicense course access

  • Distribute or publish course content

  • Upload materials to other platforms

  • Reproduce or modify materials for commercial distribution

  • Share login credentials or allow third-party access

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, spamming, or disruptive behavior

  • Share confidential information from the community

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Attempt to breach, hack, or disrupt the platform

  • Use the program in any manner not intended by the Company

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

7. Coaching and Done-For-You Services

  • Coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe provided.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice cannot be rescheduled.

  • Done-For-You services require your active collaboration.

  • Delays caused by you do not constitute grounds for refunds or extensions.

8. Results and Earnings Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee earnings, business results, or course completion outcomes.

  • Your success depends on your commitment, workload, market factors, and personal abilities.

  • Case studies and testimonials represent individual results and are not guaranteed outcomes.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have a stable internet connection

  • Your device supports video playback

  • You can access PDF and digital file formats

Technical limitations on your side do not qualify for refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Slovenian law:

  • We are not liable for lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

11. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you:

  • Violate intellectual property rules

  • Share login credentials

  • Harass or endanger other students

  • Misuse or damage the platform

  • Engage in unethical or abusive conduct

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Slovenia.
