Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, online courses, coaching services, and Done-For-You services provided by Žiga Berce s.p.

Because our products contain immediate-access intellectual property and limited-capacity services, refunds are restricted to the circumstances described below.


1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are granted only:

  • In cases of technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved

  • When the customer has not yet received course access, onboarding materials, or digital resources

  • When the course has not started and no access has been provided

Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction, perceived value, lack of results, or changes in personal circumstances.


2. Non-Refundable Goods and Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads, templates, checklists, and tools

  • Online courses once access is granted

  • Coaching sessions once scheduled or delivered

  • Done-For-You services once any work has begun

  • Products already accessed, downloaded, or viewed

  • Purchases made in error

  • Inability to commit time or effort

  • Lack of results or changes in business goals

  • Failure to use the content or tools

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales become final once access is delivered.


3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access:

  • You must notify us at ziga@thecourseformula.in

  • Our team will attempt to resolve the issue promptly

  • Refunds are granted only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

  • Issues caused by your device, email provider, internet connection, or software do not qualify


4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree:

  • Not to initiate a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first

  • To provide an opportunity for us to resolve technical issues

  • That illegitimate disputes may result in account termination and revocation of access

If a chargeback is filed, access will be suspended immediately.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only if eligible under this policy), email: ziga@thecourseformula.in

Include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Payment ID

  • Detailed explanation of the issue

Refund evaluations may take up to five business days.


6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts located in Slovenia.
